• A booking is only confirmed once a valid ticket or PNR (Passenger Name Record) is issued.

• Prices, schedules, and availability may change until ticket issuance.
• Customers are responsible for reviewing airline rules, travel restrictions, and baggage policies.
• We do not guarantee seating preferences, upgrades, or other airline-specific options unless confirmed by the airline.
• Envise Trips reserves the right to correct errors, cancel bookings, or refuse service for fraudulent or illegal activity.

• Full payment is required at the time of booking through secure payment methods.
• Envise Trips uses third-party payment processors; we do not store your payment details.
• Any currency conversion or fees are the responsibility of the customer.

• Refunds and cancellations are handled according to the airline’s policy and our Refund Policy.
• Service fees charged by Envise Trips may be non-refundable.
• Customers must contact Envise Trips for cancellations or modifications.
